Sure, things are tough where we live, so we want to hear about the strange, the crazy, and yes, the misery of our colleagues as they deal with end users who couldn&#8217;t buy a clue if their lives depended on it. It&#8217;s why those lists of strange tech support calls are so popular.</p>
<p><em>InfoWorld </em>has a great column &#8212; <em>Off the Record </em>&#8211; which allows IT pros to record their tales anonymously, to protect the innocent and the guilty. One recent post is <a href="http://www.infoworld.com/d/adventures-in-it/oh-were-you-using-server-187?source=IFWNLE_nlt_blogs_2009-07-07">&#8220;Oh, were you using that server?&#8221; </a></p>
