STORAGECRAFT TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
StorageCraft is confident that our software products will
meet the needs and expectations of all of its end users.
To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer users a free 30-day period in
which to evaluate our ShadowProtect Server, ShadowProtect SBS, ShadowProtect
Desktop, and ShadowMode line of products before purchase.
We recognize, however, that in rare circumstances there may be a need to
return our software after purchase.
Consequently, for 30 days after purchase, if the end user is dissatisfied for
any reason, StorageCraft will either exchange the product or fully refund the
purchase price, provided that the end user deactivates the software and
completes a StorageCraft Certificate of Destruction form.
StorageCraft’s ShadowProtect IT Edition software may be
purchased under Trial Subscriptions (14 days), Monthly Subscriptions (30 days),
Quarterly Subscriptions (90 days), or Yearly Subscriptions (365 days).
Due to its short duration, StorageCraft cannot accept returns of Trial
Subscriptions. Within 30 days after
purchase, if an end user of the Monthly Subscription is dissatisfied for any
reason, StorageCraft will refund the difference between the end user’s purchase
price and the price of a Trial Subscription as of the date of purchase, provided
that the end user deactivates the software and completes a StorageCraft
Certificate of Destruction form.
Within for 30 days after purchase, if an end user of the Quarterly or Annual
Subscription is dissatisfied for any reason, StorageCraft will refund the
difference between the end user’s purchase price and the price of a Monthly
Subscription as of the date purchase, provided that the end user deactivates the
software and completes a StorageCraft Certificate of Destruction form.
Additionally, with all returns of ShadowProtect IT Edition, there is a
non-refundable hardware fee of $20.00 for the USB flash media.
For all returns and exchanges of StorageCraft software
products, unless the end user bought the product directly from StorageCraft,
returns and exchanges must be processed through the reseller from which the end
user purchased the product.
