Can you look at getting integration working with AEM. Shadow Control would be a great place to start along with SPX.
On ShadowProtect v5 it's possible to backup SD Card but on ShadowProtect SPX isn't possible.
Since SD is becoming more and more used on laptops, allowing users to expand internal storage capacity, due it's affordable price and it's write/reading performance, I think it's a must StorageCraft SPX be able to backup this widely used kind of storage.
We have clients in this situation and we were forced to uninstall SPX and install the v5 version.
You are way behind now on Virtual Box versions, and having to keep an old installation of Virtual Box for ShadowProtect is a pain.
PS: If I could have some indication that anyone reads this forum, I'd be grateful.
Adding a search to the forums would be beyond helpful! PLEASE
I like ShadowProtect SPX as it does fast backups, but to conserve disk space and time, a feature to enable selective-file-based incremental backups would be great. I also use Paragon Hard Disk Manager 15 for my Windows Servers and Workstations, specifically because of this feature.
In SPX email notofication culd be useful to have a little change ( as show in attached picture )
With Continous backup's job set every 15 minutes , sometimes it happens that the backup fails. But the next backup is performed without any problems
The support portal needs to have Attachments functionality - previously submitted files via the support email for license deactivations. No option to attach files in Support Portal
plesase add more Information about an Backup Error in the SPX Console or add a button or link directly to the logfile, because is it more time-consuming to got the Log File folder in the Filesystem to see the reasons of the error.
If there was a button or a link, I can find the error description more faster!
Why is the diagnostics gathering software not a part of the installers? Had to pull logs for support and needed to download and install then pull logs. If it were a part of the installer it would save time...
Have a great day and thanks for all the support!!!
I have wanted a backup analyzer tool for several years now ( about 5 as I recall).
The tool would allow you to point to a SP folder and then analyze the SP files.
One part of this would be to indicate the major contributors to a backup SPI size.
