Events 8193, 12290; from VSS in Event Viewer

Hello,

recently I was looking at my event logs and I noticed for the last 2 days the following errors/warnings which appear to be related to ShadowProtect 4.0.
I checked in the SP application itself and it reports that the backups were completed successfully so these may just be some kind of false alarm?  But I wanted to post them anyway and see if they are meaningful in any way.  These both occurred exactly at 5:00AM which is when my daily incremental backup is scheduled to begin.   My system is a Win7 x64 fully patched & backup destination is an externally attached e-SATA drive.  Here are the errors:

It sounds like one of your VSS writers might be unstable or failing. Likely there are also warning in the ShadowProtect backup logs if you check the BAckup History Tab. Either way, I would recommend running a VSS Reset. Here is the information on how:

Re: Events 8193, 12290; from VSS in Event Viewer

The weird thing is no, there are no errors in the ShadowProtect backup history for that event.  Everything appears to have backed up successfully.  Additionally, from a command prompt, I typed "vssadmin list writers" to query the status of the VSS providers and all showed "Last error: No error".  Hmm.
