Real ITSM alerts not sent



We have an odd issue with ITSM alerts. We never get them!!

We get the test emails from the ITSM email section, and we get email reports, but when an endpoint status change occurs we never receive an alert email to our support desk.


SC is set to use it's own SMTP server and we've added an SPF record for that host. The tests come through instantly though.


Any ideas?

Have you upgraded your appliance to the latest version? (4.0.2).  We were aware of an issue that should be fixed in 4.0.2.  If you have upgraded and still see the issue, please open a support case so we can take a look:
