RPC server is unavailable error
I just bought and registered ShadowProtect 220.127.116.11 and am attempting to connect to a remote server. I have entered the server properties and select connect. SP shows connecting then I receive a pop-up "Error connecting to server. The RPC server is unavailable.""
I have checked the Services on both this desktop and on the server and the Remote Procedure call on both has a status of started.
