SPX - Password issues

I have a client that is using SPX.   I asked them to check spx and start a full backup.   They recently changed their password on their computer and now they can not access spx because it tries to use the old password.

How can I get SPX to prompt for a password so we can enter a new one?

Check the account that the service is running under. Any user that has local admin access should be able to access SPX as long as its System Account and currently running. They may need to update the password there and restart the service.
