Matthew Crumley joins StorageCraft as chief financial officer

New CFO to help accelerate company’s global growth, partner success

DRAPER, Utah  – The intelligent recovery and backup company, StorageCraft® Technology Corp., announced today that Matthew Crumley is its new chief financial officer. Crumley comes to StorageCraft with 19 years of experience in finance, including three years as vice president of finance at inContact, Inc.

Crumley is responsible for StorageCraft’s finance organization, which includes global financial planning, reporting and accounting practices. He is also responsible for the company’s relationships with lending institutions, shareholders and the financial community.

Prior to joining StorageCraft, Crumley spent six years at inContact, Inc., a publicly traded cloud-based software company, where he oversaw financial operations, reporting and accounting functions. During his time at inContact, Inc., he played a key role in improving and scaling processes to meet the company’s rapid growth and managing a number of financial and strategic transactions, including the financial diligence aspects of the pending sale of inContact, Inc. to NICE Systems Ltd for more than $1 billion.

Crumley spent five years at Overstock as the director of accounting and SEC reporting and seven years as the manager of business assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Crumley received his Master of Accountancy from Brigham Young University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Utah.
