StorageCraft continues success; recognized as one of Utah’s fastest growing companies for 6th-straight year

DRAPER, Utah – Aug. 24, 2016 – One of the world’s most trusted names for backup and disaster recovery, StorageCraft® Technology Corp., announced today that it has been named to Utah Business magazine’s Fast 50 list. This year’s placement at No. 33 marks the sixth-consecutive year that StorageCraft has been honored for its growth.

The award comes as StorageCraft is increasing its workforce in Utah and around the globe, as well as enhancing its award-winning StorageCraft Recovery Solution suite of products and the 11,000-member StorageCraft Partner Network. Earlier in the year, StorageCraft received a $187 million investment from TA Associates, which is allowing the company to accelerate its growth.

“StorageCraft’s six placements on the Fast 50 list are a testament to the efforts of our talented workforce, best-in-class products and our devoted partners,” said Curt James, StorageCraft’s vice president of marketing and business development. “It is our goal to remain on the Utah Fast 50 list for years to come as we continue to provide fast, reliable products and programs that allow our partners to be even-more profitable in protecting their clients’ data and systems.”

In July, StorageCraft announced that it will soon be launching StorageCraft Cloud to Cloud, a business continuity solution that will initially support backup and recovery protection of applications for Microsoft Office 365, Google Apps, and Box. The StorageCraft product line also includes StorageCraft ShadowProtect®, which has been honored in 2016 with editors’ choice awards from PC Magazine and Redmond Channel Partner, and StorageCraft Cloud Services.

The StorageCraft Partner Network, which received its fourth-consecutive 5-Star rating in CRN’s 2016 Partner Program Guide, will launch a new partner portal and new programs later this year. The new features will strengthen StorageCraft partners’ ability to maximize profits while using and selling the company’s business continuity solutions.

StorageCraft was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Draper. The company has international offices in Sydney, Tokyo and Cork, Ireland. The company currently has 325 employees, with 195 located in Utah.

In 2015, StorageCraft was ranked eighth, sixth in 2014 and 16th in 2013 on the prestigious Fast 40 list. StorageCraft was No. 10 in 2012 and No. 22 in 2011. The Utah Business 2015 Fast 50 list was calculated based on a combination of revenue growth and total revenue.
