ShadowControl create ticket for endpoint from endpoint detail page

there is an issue with the support request tool through the partner portal, which is that you have to access several web pages simultaneously to gather all the information required for the support request form.

I propose that you add a link in ShadowControl endpoint detail pages that allows pre-population of the support request form of the following fields:

language

user type

product key

all contact details
